Dender goes Edinburgh Fringe 2026!
Help us make this adventure a reality or come visit in Scotland

Why Edinburgh?
The Edinburgh Fringe is the biggest, busiest, and craziest arts festival on Earth. If our robot can survive here among thousands of other acts, we can take on the world! Plus, it’s going to be one hell of an adventure.
What on earth are we doing there?
Performing. A lot. We’re taking over the stage at Underbelly for an entire month to perform Bleep Bleep! day after day. Expect nothing but pure lo-fi sci-fi energy and live sound effects. It’s a marathon for us, and a massive party for the audience!

Bleep Bleep!
about a man and his robot
Bleep Bleep! is a wordless, high-energy performance for audiences aged 5 and up, diving into the hilarious chaos between humans and machines. The show celebrates the silliness of our digital age, where technology beeps, buzzes, and sometimes bites back.
Before you even know what you want, the robot already knows. The crossword is solved before you’ve filled in a single square. Your shoes are tied, your hair is combed, your teeth brushed, your room spotless, the laundry folded, all done for you… almost too well!? It’s time to switch him off. But where is the stop button?
With physical comedy, live drawing and live music, this captivating tale unfolds: a man and his robot, drifting from fairytale charm into a gripping power struggle between human and machine.
In Bleep Bleep!, Dender Cartoontheater sketches a playful yet unsettling vision of our automated future, told with humour, imagination and visual flair.
